It has stopped recording my milage. Worked fine till today. And again...even though I have updsted the app yesterday. And, after a week of not using the car, it now reads 2.5k miles over....what's going on?
Hi. I have problems with app My Citroen. After updating my Samsung s22 ultra , the app started working. No registered correct miles and diesel level and trips did . 31/03 - still not communicate after updating.
Hopeless app considering how expensive the car is. EVERYTHING takes an absolute age to respond to. The software for this car is generally sub-par, especially maps, trip updates, mileage tracking. Please don't ask me to fill out an online form, spend your time fixing the app please.
Every update is a shambles. Now journeys report the distance travelled in km even though set as miles but the total for the day is correct. Remaining fuel distance is km. Most journeys aren't logged, so can no longer use to log work & personal mileage. App is set to run in the background with no battery optimisation. After an update test the app before releasing...please.
Shocking.
Still not fixed Fuel range, distance, cost and journeys and total mileage for the month are stil in kms.

Some useful features to help track, manage and maintain your vehicle.
Displays incorrect information. Since the latest update, the journey is always giving the figure for kilometres even though I have the units set to miles. It says miles but the actual figure is for the number of kilometres.
Only connects to my phones Google maps and other phone apps via USB, when only when android auto is open in the background,very disappointed with this as it does not record data from my car like mileage, fuel consumption and journeys covered while driving, since the last update. Please fix this. Also the link to the portal does not work
